Internships in Malta

Zeal Internships Malta provides the participant a professional work placement in the industry and sector desired in accordance with their academic field. We do this by first understanding the participant’s requirements and desired learning outcomes from the internship, hence be able to match the participant to the host company offering the most suitable work placement.

Our remit does not stop at the sourcing of the work placement but continues to follow up with both the participant and the mentor on a regular basis throughout the internship period. The mentor within the host company would be the person who would train, mentor and evaluate the participant’s work, performance and development, so the mentor would be providing Zeal Internships Malta with regular updates and feedback on the participant’s performance and progress. The mentor will also provide the participant with a final evaluation. Based on the outcome of final evaluation by the mentor, Zeal Internships Malta would then present the participant with a certificate confirming successful completion of the internship.
